Ordering on the SHINYAKOZUKA Official Online Store

  • In the SHINYAKOZUKA Official Online Store, you can select a new item or a product category to purchase.
  • On the product detail page, select color/size/quantity and click the "Add to cart" button.
  • After a certain amount of time has elapsed, the items will be automatically removed from your cart. Please understand this beforehand.


About gift orders

  • Gift wrapping is currently not available on the SHINYAKOZUKA official online store. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

About delivery

  • Orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
  • For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery date listed on the product detail page. Please note that the delivery date for pre-ordered items may differ from the scheduled delivery date.
  • Ordered products will be shipped to the address specified on the delivery address information input screen.
  • Please note that the delivery address must be within your local area.
  • We do not accept delivery to P.O. Boxes, post office boxes, or other delivery addresses to which the products may be forwarded, or to addresses where the recipient cannot be confirmed.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  • Shipping charges are as follows. Please note that shipping charges will vary per currency automatically displayed depending on your location.
  • Please note that shipping charges are per order.

Within Japan: ¥800

Domestic shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000.

Asia and Oceania: ¥4,000

Europe and America: ¥5,000

Other areas: ¥12,000

International shipping is free for orders over ¥50,000.

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. 

Our courier, DHL, will contact you in advance of delivering the goods. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Return Policy

  • As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after purchase. However, we will make an exception in cases where the product is damaged, misdirected, or otherwise damaged for reasons other than the customer's convenience, based on the guidelines below, and we will exchange, return, or refund the product at our expense. Please note that we do not maintain any replacement stock. In the unlikely event that the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will refund the money via the credit card used at the time of purchase as soon as the return procedure is completed. In rare cases, due to credit card closing dates, the amount of your purchase may be debited from your account. In such cases, we will refund the amount from your credit card company when you are billed for the following month or later.

    The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused.
    The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased (product tag, accessories, and attachments still attached) and the receipt must be present (if the product tag has been removed, the product is not considered unused). (If the product tag has been removed, the product is not considered unused.
    Shoes are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been worn, washed, cleaned, etc. at least once.
    Shoes must not have been worn outside (if worn, they are not eligible for return or exchange). The shoes must not have been worn outdoors.
