Refund policy
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of products after purchase. However, in accordance with the guidelines below, we will make an exception in cases where the product is damaged, misdirected, or otherwise damaged for reasons other than the customer's convenience, and we will exchange, return, or refund the product at our own expense. Please note that we do not maintain any replacement stock. In the unlikely event that the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will refund the money via the credit card used at the time of purchase as soon as the return procedure is completed. In rare cases, due to credit card closing dates, the amount of your purchase may be debited from your account. In such cases, we will refund the amount from your credit card company when you are billed in the following month or later.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased (product tag, accessories and attachments still attached) and the receipt must be present (if the product tag has been removed, the product is not considered unused). (If the product tag has been removed, the product is not considered unused.
Shoes are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been worn, washed, cleaned, etc. at least once.
Shoes must not have been worn outside (if worn, they are not eligible for return or exchange). The shoes must not have been worn outdoors.

Return Deadline:
You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product. Otherwise, even if the product is unused, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
