Job description: Sales and management at our directly-operated store, staff training, instructing and managing inventory transfers between stores, and support for EC (online store) operations
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and ability
Working hours: Shift-based between 10:30–21:30, 8 hours actual work / 1 hour break
※ Working hours may be adjusted depending on store operations.
Days off: Flexible scheduling available / 120+ days off per year

※ After one year as a contract employee, you will be converted to full-time.
※ Salary is determined based on experience and ability. After conversion to full-time, bonuses are paid once a year with annual salary reviews.

Required qualifications
・At least 1 year of experience as a store manager or store supervisor
・At least 3 years of sales or business experience
・Able to handle customer and inventory management
Preferred qualifications
・Conversational English suitable for customer service
・Buying experience
・Experience operating an EC site
・Comfortable using cloud-based systems
・Experience managing a brand's social media

・Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 or above (visa sponsorship is generally not provided for this role)
・At least 3 years of apparel sales or business experience
